Soko!-(Mushrooms With Onions and Cilantro)

Ingredients:

3 medium onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 lb mushroom, cleaned and quartered
1/2 cup mushroom stock
1 1/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

 Directions:

Fry the onions in the butter.

Add teh mushrooms and stock and simmer until the mushrooms are just cooked.

Stir in the walnuts and the cilantro and season to taste.
